Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Identification, qualification and development of High Potential Account relationships in Solar within your region;

· Development and implementation of a Strategic Action Plan for the profitable sales growth and of the region;

· Develop sales channel of products, the channel of the project and maintain existing commercial relations with overseas customers;

· Be responsible to the market exploring, business negotiations and contracts signing;

· Responsible to the development of new customers and regular customers’ service and maintenance; be responsible to the setup of sales management system and implement;

· Be responsible to the market trend analysis and collection of customer requirements (including latest Certification development) & competitors’ activities; supports products’ pricing, improvement and development;

· Produce monthly sales results to defined performance targets for annual sales objectives;

· Commitment to the development of solid personal relationships at all key levels of the prospect/customer account;

· Submit weekly forecasts; attend weekly sales and region-specific meetings;

· Maintain accurate records of customer communication.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;

· Minimum 2 years sales experience;

· Excellent communication skills, experience on Engineer is a advantages;

· Can accept traveling abroad for short period as required;

· A strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity to progress.
